SB Joinery has been awarded the 'We Invest In People, Platinum Accreditation'. Platinum is the highest level of accreditation possible, and is something only two per cent of organisations achieve. Attaining it for the first time in 2017 was an exceptional achievement, so to gain this for a second time, particularly during a period of massive global disruption is phenomenal!

This is a very prestigious award that only goes to the 'best of the best' and achieved through a strict judge-led process. SB Joinery are proud to have won the Management Team of the Year Award. The judges were looking for a management team that could demonstrate a clear and consistent track record of strong leadership, drive and adaptability together with the ability to think and plan ahead. The judges were also looking for a team that has driven the business forward, implemented significant change or overcome material problems through strong leadership and teamwork. The management team’s vision and its ability to guide the business through challenging economic conditions was also key criteria.
