SB Joinery was found on 10th October 1989 by today’s current director Stephen Brown. Following the recession during this time, Stephen Brown started SB Joinery from his shed in his back garden – just a bag of hand tools with no machinery like we have today.

In 1991 whilst times were tough, Stephen’s excellent craftsmanship won him more and more work, and as recommendations and referrals came in, two years Stephen later employed his first staff.

We pride ourselves that the majority of our work is through repeat business built up from customers that our satisfied with our quality products and service. We believe that the quality of our craftsmanship is demonstrated in satisfied customer’s referring others to ourselves and this is principally how the business has grown to where it is today.
