Working closely with the client team, architects and main contractor, SB Joinery assisted with the design stages and manufactured all the external joinery including hardwood Sapele traditional box sash windows with bespoke mouldings and bargeboards to stay in keeping with the original Victorian property. The internal oak staircase took inspiration from the grand staircase at Highclere Castle with its decorative brackets, carved oak hangers, linen fold panelling and balusters with chamfered gothic arch details to give this new build an historic feel.
